What happens on the free call?
A 45-minute video call with a Devia coach. We look at your goal, what's in the way, and your next step. If coaching fits, we share the options. If not, we'll say so.
Is the call really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation. We ask you to apply first so we can prepare.
How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?
Therapy often looks at the past. Consulting gives you answers. Coaching helps you find your own answers and act on them. It is not a replacement for medical or mental-health care.
How long is a program?
A Clarity Session is a single 90-minute call. 90-Day Coaching is 12 weekly sessions. The Leadership Program runs for 6 months with 18 sessions.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the program and how often we meet. We share clear options on your call, only if it's a good fit. No hidden fees.
Are sessions online?
Yes, on Zoom or Google Meet, in English, Tamil or Hindi. The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Your application and sessions stay between you and Devia Coaching. We never share or sell your details.
